Cancellation Policy  

 

At wearnest, operated by Glynovance Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glynovance Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you, our valued customers. We understand that accessory choices may change, and you might need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy to help you through the process: 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. 

To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team through email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

We currently do not support modifying items or addresses after an order has been placed. You will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
